We are based in Guangdong, China, start from 2007, sell to North America(35.00%), Eastern Europe(30.00%), Southeast Asia(15.00%),South America(10.00%), Oceania(5.00%),Mid East(5.00%). There are total about 100-150 people in our office.

2.How to ensure the quality？
1)Quality is our Top Priority: we use original Samsung, Hynix chips in all our memory products. we have established long term cooperation with reliable suppliers of battery, accessories and other materials.
2)We conduct strict quality test in all processes from product develop & design, raw material purchasing,online production test, aging testing,transportation simulation test, drop test, plug and pull test, random inspection before shipment etc,which can ensure our quality from every aspect.
3)Most of our products can and have passed international tests and obtained the certifications like CE, RoHS and FCC, Telecom, PSE.

3.What is your warranty?
Our warranty is 1 year after delivery, Urain pays high attention to after-sales service. For those out of warranty, we repair you without labor charge collection.

4.The lead time (How long do you need to prepare my goods?)
3-5 days for sample orders, 15-20 days for mass production orders(based on different quantities, OEM, ODM etc.)
